CORSO FILMS
Our first feature is the film Mundo tributo (aka A tribute to tributes, see trailers in our site), written and directed by Adrian Fares and Leo Rosales Selected at 30 HABANA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, 10 BUENOS AIRES INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (BAFICI), AND 6 FICCO -2009, special presentation- among other festivals. Now, director Adrian Fares finished “Las órdenes de arriba” script. This will be his next fiction film.
Mundo tributo is a documentary about argentine musicians that imitates his rockstars idols. Some of these bands, like Dios salve a la Reina, are known in other countries. The film also shows the reactions of the audience during the shows. The particularity of the movie is that in the montage the directors alternate, after the first twenty minutes, between Doctor Queen (Jorge Busetto, an argentine cardiologist that imitates Freddie Mercury and travels with his son and daughter) and other bands (that imitates from Pink Floyd to Genesis and The Doors members) in a crescendo that finish in the last escene. In the last year, this argentine independent movie have won very good critics reviews, wider audience connection and was screened at many festivals.

CORSOLOGYSTS
Adrian Fares worked in postproduction. Later, he was one of the Combustion Artists / Compositors in the postproduction area of the film La Antena ( The Aerial ). He is graduated in Audiovisual Design at the University of Buenos aires. Also, he writes fiction and scripts (he was selected by the writer Pablo of Santis for a creative workshop at the Centro Cultural Rojas, UBA). His work is the search of new realities from the manage of film narrative.
Leo Rosales was film editor assistant (“Esa Maldita Costilla”, “Almejas y Mejillones”) and he was sound designer in the brazilian film “Diario de um Novo Mundo” for Clips Productions. Their videos are always a reflection of a previous search that has to do with thoroughly knowing the people and the material. He is graduated (and teach) in Audiovisual Design at the University of Buenos Aires. He likes creative sound design and edition.
Collaborating Art Direction and Design:
Romina Fares
(graduated in Publicity, UNLZ) After some incursions in publicity, Romina went coming closer little by little to what he love most: the art direction. The creation of atmospheres, the expression through the colors and the objects.
Daniela Cariglino
Worked six years next to Taxi Films in production tasks, where it collaborated in the production of tv commercials and spots. While, it finished their career of Graduate in Publicity in UNLZ.
